Skylar & Stephanie were married at the gorgeous 7N Ranch Resort in Ririe. It was a perfect June day full of lots of sunshine and so much fun! We love when all the guests get out on the dance floor! Congratulations Skylar & Stephanie!

Lann and Amy are possibly the most loving couple we've ever worked with. It rained. It rained a lot. Look closely in the dancing images and you can see the droplets! But you know what? They never said a word about it. I think a lot of people would be feeling bummed, but the only emotion we noticed from them was pure JOY. Amy & Lann, it was an absolute pleasure to witness your big day! Kelly & Ryan have the biggest hearts! Their wedding was a beautiful, intimate gathering of their close friends and family. It rained all morning but the chairs got toweled off and the sun broke through the clouds just before the ceremony was supposed to begin! When we went into the reception area we were a little surprised to see their gift table full of children's toys... Until we found out that instead of accepting for gifts for themselves, Kelly and Ryan requested that guests bring a donation for CASA and the foster children in our area. This is a cause near and dear to my heart and I just about cried. These two are wonderful people and we feel so blessed to know them! <3 (The bride requested lots of black and white and I was happy to oblige!) Everything about these two was a dream! They are so adorable and so in love. I feel like that love really shines through in portraits. We were lucky enough to get to shoot their first look a couple weeks before the wedding. Have I mentioned how much I love first look/formal sessions? It's true! I do! And when Tegan mentioned how much she loves the desert/boho vibe I was hoping they'd want to try out a new location (I've been dying to shoot here... Yes, we are still in Southern Idaho!) And I walked in to their reception at the Old Sandmeyer Barn and my jaw about hit the floor. If you've never been in there, it's HUGE. In large venues the décor can often be dwarfed, but that didn't happen here! I have never seen my portraits so large! You don't even get the scale of how large these prints were unless you were there in person. My heart could just about explode! Notice the amazing chandeliers? Those were crafted by the sister of one of our 2018 brides and left in the barn as a gift to the venue and future couples. Tegan's mom added the large white pendants that emphasized the beauty of the chandeliers even more. (My goodness, people are so talented!) Add in the dessert display, the centerpieces, the lighting, the fireworks at the send-off, and the happiest beautiful couple at the center of it all--we'd say it was absolute perfection. Congratulations Jake & Tegan!

James and Adriana were married in the St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Rupert, Idaho. We may have let out a little squeal of excitement when we drove up to the church and saw how beautiful it was! Fall was *just* starting to show up in the Magic Valley but the weather was warm and perfect!

I probably watch too many Jane Austen-esque dramas, but I LOVE a good old-fashioned love letter. They wrote the absolute sweetest letters for each other that I know they will cherish forever! Congratulations Chancey & Dominic! We have loved getting to know you over this past year and we loved working at your beautiful wedding!
